R8 Basement Refurbishment

R8 Basement refurbishment was a unique project for us, as we were assigned to provide cabinetry for the Department of Defence, located in the ACT.

Our task was to create a functional office space within the basement of the R8 building for a team of 26 employees.
We have created 16 workstations, five offices and two conference rooms. Moreover, the whole R8 basement was equipped with functional storage cabinets and lockers. We also installed acoustic wall panels. Additionally, our team built staff kitchen cabinetry with all needed amenities and storage.
The project’s biggest challenge was the building’s characteristic, which was in a high-security classified area. Some items were not allowed inside, and we needed to follow these rules.

Our team did an exceptional job finishing the design on time and according to the client’s requirements.
